Umbareen Mahmood, MDDr. Mahmood is a double Ivy League trained, board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon practicing on the Upper East Side in New York City. She has also worked at several prestigious institutions such as the Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL, All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL, and was actively involved in the medical care of veterans at two large Veteran hospitals.

The Upper East Side NYC Plastic Surgeon received a bachelor’s degree in psychology and brain sciences from Dartmouth College and a Doctor of Medicine degree from Dartmouth Medical School and was awarded research scholar grants at Memorial Sloan Kettering and the National Institute of Health. Dr. Mahmood subsequently completed a highly competitive integrated six-year plastic surgery residency program at the University of South Florida.
